Chemicals Only:

• Check chlorine and acid levels once a week and adjust as needed.

Full Service:

• Check chlorine and acid levels once a week and adjust as needed.
• Empty skimmer baskets and pool sweep bags
• Netting of surface and bottom of pool
• Brushing of pool steps and walls
• Vacuum when necessary

Filter cleanings are an additional charge and are recommended every six months.
Additional chemicals, such as conditioner, clarifier or mineral sanitizers are provided at an additional charge.

Repairs:

• Above ground equipment and plumbing repairs performed when needed and approved.
• Underground leak detection is referred to American Leak Detection when suspected.

Equipment Retrofits:

• Approved replacement of products such as pool pumps, filters, control systems and lighting when needed or requested.
